2. What is the typical delivery time?
A: Delivery timelines are determined by the intricacy and volume of your order. Generally, we complete orders within 7-20 days post final
design approval and deposit payment, balancing efficiency with our commitment to quality.
3. What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We predominantly utilize ocean freight in standardized containers for cost-effective bulk shipments.
For urgent orders, expedited options such as air freight or courier services are available upon request.
4. How do I install the product?
A: We provide comprehensive resources: Detailed step-by-step installation manuals (PDF/printed) and video tutorials for visual guidance.
B: For additional support, we offer optional on-site technical assistance. Our engineers can facilitate installation; however, all related expenses (visa, travel, accommodation, and labor fees) are the buyer's responsibility.
